Tochos - aka strawberry ice square bricks - Do you remember these?

These unusual pink and white compressed sherbet squares look a little like marshmallows but are in fact a refreshing, melt in your mouth, strawberry flavour cube. They have a lovely sweet sherbet taste and almost chalky texture. These taste a little like the sherbet inside a flying saucer sweet crossed with some Edinburgh rock, very refreshing and far too easy to eat.
